Competition Terms

    Note: In-person events (combines, camps, tryouts) are operated by Combine Events, LLC. Hoop Verified and SportsVerified are sponsors and platform partners. See our Event Terms & Liability Waiver for in-person event terms.

    1. Entertainment Only

    All arcade games, challenges, and competitions offered on the Platform are for entertainment purposes only. Competitions on Hoop Verified are not gambling and do not constitute wagering under any applicable law. No real-money prizes are awarded. Participation does not constitute gambling.

    2. No Cash Payouts

    There are no cash payouts, monetary prizes, or prizes with real-world monetary value awarded through any competition on the Platform. Rewards, if any, are limited to virtual goods (Coins, digital collectibles, badges) that have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

    3. Eligibility

    • You must have an active account in good standing to participate
    • Minors may participate with parental consent (managed through the Parent Dashboard)
    • Users who have been suspended or terminated are not eligible
    • We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for specific competitions

    4. Fair Play

    All participants must compete fairly. The following are prohibited:

    • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
    • Exploiting bugs or glitches
    • Colluding with other participants
    • Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage
    • Any form of cheating or manipulation

    Violations of fair play rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of virtual rewards, and account suspension or termination.

    5. Dispute Resolution

    All disputes regarding competition results, scores, rankings, or outcomes are handled internally by Sports Verified LLC at our sole discretion. Our decisions on competition matters are final and not subject to appeal.

    6. Platform Rights

    Sports Verified LLC reserves the right to:

    • Modify, suspend, or cancel any competition at any time
    • Adjust rules, scoring, or eligibility requirements
    • Disqualify participants who violate these terms
    • Void results affected by technical issues or fraud

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Sports Verified LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from participation in competitions. By participating, you acknowledge that competitions are voluntary and for entertainment only.
