Virtual Goods Terms

    1. Virtual Currency ("Coins")

    The Platform offers virtual currency known as "Coins" that may be purchased or earned through Platform activities. By acquiring or using Coins, you agree to the following terms:

    1.1 No Monetary Value

    Coins have no real-world monetary value. They are not legal tender, currency, or financial instruments. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other form of real-world value. Virtual currency is a digital product with no real-world value and is provided solely for entertainment purposes.

    1.2 Non-Refundable

    All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. This includes unused Coins remaining in your account.

    1.3 Platform Use Only

    Coins may only be used within the Platform for designated features, including but not limited to:

    • Digital collectible purchases
    • Card pack openings
    • Other Platform-designated activities

    1.4 Non-Transferable

    Coins may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or traded between accounts except through Platform-approved mechanisms (such as in-platform trades). Any attempt to sell or trade Coins outside the Platform is prohibited and may result in account termination.

    2. Digital Collectibles

    The Platform may offer digital collectibles (player cards, badges, and similar items). These items:

    • Are digital licenses, not ownership of intellectual property
    • May be traded within the Platform's marketplace
    • Have no guaranteed real-world value
    • Are subject to the Platform's terms and may be modified at any time

    3. Platform Rights

    Sports Verified LLC reserves the right to:

    • Modify Coin pricing, earn rates, and redemption options at any time
    • Add, remove, or modify virtual goods and their features
    • Suspend or revoke Coins or virtual goods in cases of fraud, abuse, or Terms violations
    • Discontinue the virtual currency system with reasonable notice

    4. Account Termination

    If your account is terminated for any reason, any Coins and virtual goods in your account will be forfeited and no refund will be issued, except as required by applicable law.

    5. Minors

    Virtual currency purchases made by minors are the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian who manages the minor's account. Parents should monitor and control spending through the Parent Dashboard.
