DMCA Policy

    Sports Verified LLC ("we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

    1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

    If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

    1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
    2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
    3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform (URL or description sufficient for us to locate it)
    4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
    5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
    6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

    2. Designated Agent

    3. Counter-Notice

    If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature
    2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on the Platform
    3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
    4. Your name, address, and telephone number
    5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Fort Bend County, Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

    Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

    4. Repeat Infringer Policy

    We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts permanently terminated.

    5. Good Faith

    Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, please consult an attorney before filing a notice.
